Accident Attorney Jason Turchin has settled over 1,750 personal injury, wrongful death and crime victim’s rights cases. He’s handled accident cases against some of the largest insurance companies including GEICO, Allstate, Zurich American, MetLife, CNA, State Farm, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, USAA, Grenada, US Security, and Fireman’s Fund.

His staff is trained to understand the trauma that his client’s endure. Each case is unique and deserves personal attention. They can also help give their clients referrals to doctors, specialists, and experts to satisfy their individual needs depending on the case. Most cases are handled as a team approach with at least two attorneys and a legal assistant on each case.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park in Criminology and Criminal Justice and his law degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He is a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Profession Organizations include the National Crime Victim’s Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Dade County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). He is also a member of the Florida Bar, Washington DC Bar, US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and US Circuit Court of Appeals for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 11th and Federal Circuits.
