Practice Areas
After a car accident, slip and fall, or accident involving a serious injury or death, you can be left with a lot of medical bills and suffering. It is important to talk to an attorney as soon as possible to learn about your rights. Insurance companies often try to settle quickly and for as little money as possible. They may not take into consideration future medical bills, future pain and suffering, and the total value of your case that you may be entitled to collect.
We handle the following types of cases:
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Car, motorcycle, truck, bike, scooter, taxi, bus, pedestrian, automobile
If you are injured in a car accident, you should talk to a lawyer about your rights immediately. The law limits the time you have to bring a case. It may be as little as 1 year from the accident date, but insurance companies may not tell you this. We’ve handled claims against nearly every auto accident insurer in Florida, including State Farm, Progressive, Allstate, Zurich, Empire Fire and Casualty, Met Life, AIG, GEICO, Mercury, USAA, esurance, The Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Chubb, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Farmers, Travelers, Safeco, nationwide, and Lincoln General, among others.

Crime Victims Rights
Sexual Assault, Rape, Molestation, Drunk Driving Victims, Hit and Run Accidents, Murder, Vehicular and DUI Manslaughter, Assault and Battery
Crime is often preventable. Our law firm represents victims of crime and their family. Our job in part is to investigate the crime and find out answers for our clients. We try to find out why the crime occurred and who is responsible for causing our client’s injury or death.
Wrongful Death
Wrongful or accidental death can result from a car accident, motorcycle crash, crime, malpractice or nursing home neglect. Florida law generally limits the time certain family members can bring a claim to only two years from the date of death. Other limitations may apply too. If you lost a loved one as a result of someone else’s careless actions, you should contact an attorney immediately to find out if you can bring a wrongful death claim in Florida.
Medical Malpractice
Medical malpractice generally occurs when a hospital or doctor deviates from the reasonable standard of care in a community. This may range from operating on the wrong part of the body, leaving a sponge in a patient after surgery, leaving a foreign object or scissors in a patient, or failing to diagnose a disease or fracture where the diagnosis would have prevented a permanent injury. As with most cases, Fla medical malpractice limits not only the time to bring a claim, but sets out who is even allowed to bring a claim.
Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect
Nursing homes have an obligation to provide a safe environment to its patients. Too often nursing homes neglect our loved ones who are not able to care for themselves. Neglect and abuse can be found where patients are dropped while being handled, and where they develop bed sores, pressure sores, and decubitus ulcers. Florida has a very limited time set in which you can bring a legal claim for nursing home negligence.
